The Recent Snapshot ($10) is a one-time CSV of every currently published commercial plan with the essentials: REP, plan name, rate per kWh, contract term, TDU territory, and rate type. The All-Time Dataset ($49) adds every plan we have ever tracked, the full price-change history, and enriched fields such as EFL pricing at 500, 1,000 and 2,000 kWh, demand charges, early termination fees, green percentage, plan URLs, and a per-plan confidence score. The Data Subscription ($29/mo or $290/yr) includes everything in the All-Time Dataset plus ongoing refreshes and price-change alerts.
Every plan in the spreadsheet includes a confidence score (0 to 1) reflecting how reliably each data point was extracted. Scores above 0.80 indicate high-confidence data, often cross-validated against EFL (Electricity Facts Label) documents. Plans below 0.30 are excluded entirely. This transparency lets you decide how much weight to give each plan in your analysis.
Our data is updated twice daily, every day. When you buy, you're getting the most recent snapshot. Commercial electricity rates change frequently, especially for shorter-term plans, so we update more often than most published resources.
Yes. The one-time options (Recent Snapshot and All-Time Dataset) are tied to the data at the time of purchase. If you need a fresh pull in a week or a month, just buy again. If you would rather stay current automatically, the Data Subscription refreshes on an ongoing basis so you never have to repurchase.
Historical data is included in the All-Time Dataset ($49), which carries the full price-change history for every plan. REST API access is a separate product, priced on request: reach out through the contact form to discuss API access. The Data Subscription ($29/mo or $290/yr) adds ongoing data refreshes and price-change alerts.
Pick monthly at $29/mo or annual at $290/yr, which works out to roughly two months free versus paying monthly. Billing is handled securely through Stripe and you can cancel anytime. Switching the toggle on the subscription card updates the price and the plan you check out with.
